Part Board Homestay: Furnished room including dinner, breakfast daily and three meals on weekends. Students participate in the domestic activities of the homestay.
Rates: $960 for 4 weeks ($1000 for students under 18 yrs)

Room Only Homestay: Furnished room with use of household facilities including kitchen, laundry and living areas. Students participate in the domestic activities of the homestay.
Rates: $700 for 4 weeks.

Booking rate for homestay accommodation: $200

On-Arrival Accommodation:
The Accommodation Officer can find a homestay or private hostel after the student arrives.

Airport Pick-up:
This service is available to transport students from the airport to their accommodation.
Rate: $130 per person.

Students may also take a taxi from the airport and this costs around $30.

Notice: To arrange Accommodation and Airport Pick-up services, we need 21 days prior notice.

Families may be comprised of single-parent, married couples, non-married couples, same sex couples, single people all with or without children, as well as the traditional ‘nuclear’ family. Please indicate any special requests on your application form.

Pictured is one of the many private hostel accommodation options available to Institute of languages students at very reasonable rates. These hostels suit students requiring short to medium term on-arrival accommodation, and provide easy access to local shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and beaches. Frequent public transport services provide fast and easy access to the city centre.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to start of term or no refund can be issued.

To Make Reservations: Please include accommodation and flights details on the enrolment form. If the flight number is not yet available, please include the arrival date.

The flight details should be sent no later than one week before arrival. Please inform the Institute if family members plan to accompany the student.
