At the UNSW Institute of Languages in Sydney, study a course in:

Arabic (Modern Standard), Italian
, French, Spanish, German, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese (Brazilian)

Our courses are for people interested in learning to speak a language for business, travel and tourism, and cultural interest, as well as for people who wish to maintain their level of fluency.

Features of our language courses

We integrate active communication skills with the grammatical structure of the language. Students develop proficiency in the language by using it in realistic situations and enjoyable activities. Awareness of cross-cultural communication is also addressed as this is an important factor in language learning.

* Can I still join a class after the term has begun?

Wherever possible we accommodate students in our existing classes. If you are a beginner we suggest you enroll within the first three weeks of a part time course.

For more information please email: modern.languages@languages.unsw.edu.au
