Student services & support
UNSW Global provides a range of support services to ensure that your experience is happy, rewarding and successful. Our services include:
Academic counsellingThe Student Adviser offers individual advice on course progress and study pathways to all students. You can contact them by email by clicking here Student Adviser. Learning Support Unit staff are also available to refer students to the best possible resources for their particular study needs.
Computer facilities
During your time in class, as well as in your individual study times, students will have the opportunity to use the computer laboratories in order to stay in contact, use the Internet, and improve their English skills through Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) programs.
Airport welcome service
UNSW Global offers an airport welcome service. We collect students from the airport and take them to their homestay accommodation.
AccommodationSydney offers a wide range of accommodation options to make students feel more "at home" while living and studying here. UNSW Global has its own Accommodation Officer who can guide students in finding suitable student accommodation. A range of accommodation options are available, including short and long-term accommodation such as homestay (which is staying with an Australian family), or renting a flat with other students.
Students who are under the age of eighteen years have specific accommodation regulation that need to be met. See full information for applicants under 18 years of age. |
